Do you have a retail store I can visit?
No, our physical retail store at 215 Wooldridge Road is no longer open, we do however sell all our products on this website for delivery via courier. Often Christchurch orders are delivered the next working day after being placed.
Do you offer a discount?
We offer 10% off your first order when you sign up to receive our newsletter. You can sign up in at the bottom of this page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and AfterPay.
I have a question about a product

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to certain countries around the world using DHL Express. You can read about our delivery and returns here
What shipping methods do you offer?
New Zealand Orders:
We use CourierPost for delivery within New Zealand.
International Orders:
We use DHL Express for delivery of all International orders.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
How much does delivery cost?
New Zealand Orders:
We offer free delivery for orders over $75 NZD. For any orders under $75 NZD the cost is $4.99 for Urban delivery and $8.99 Rural delivery.
International Orders:
The costs of international delivery are based on the weight of your order which can be calculated at the checkout, once you have selected the items you wish to purchase.
How long does delivery take?
New Zealand Orders:
Delivery takes anywhere from 1-3 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched to track the status of your delivery.
International Orders:
Delivery takes anywhere from 4-14 working days depending on what region your shipping destination is. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched to track the status of your delivery.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or arrives damaged?
