Shipping policy

All New Zealand Orders are dispatched within 12-48 hours from our warehouse in Christchurch. We use CourierPost for delivery within New Zealand
and offer free delivery for orders over $75 NZD. For any orders under $75 NZD the cost is $4.99 for Urban delivery and $8.99 Rural delivery. Delivery takes anywhere from 1-3 working days.

All International Orders are dispatched within 12-48 hours from our warehouse in Christchurch. We only use DHL Express with the price of delivery based on the weight of your order which can be calculated at the checkout, once you have selected the items you wish to purchase.
Delivery takes anywhere from 4-14 working days depending on what region your shipping destination is. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, any charges which are levied by the authorities of your country are at your cost.
